About Appclio
Appclio is a web application that converts supported YouTube tutorials into structured Markdown files. The file can be saved, searched, added to project documentation, or supplied as source context to an AI tool.
Who Appclio is for
Appclio is designed for developers, founders, automation builders, researchers, and students who learn from video tutorials and want a reusable written source for later work.
What makes the output different
Appclio is not positioned as a generic video-summary tool. Its primary output is portable Markdown that keeps useful transcript structure and available source links so a person or AI assistant can inspect the tutorial material directly.
Output quality depends on the transcript and description data available for the submitted video. Some videos may have incomplete captions, unavailable transcripts, language limitations, or source restrictions.
How to use Appclio
- Paste a supported YouTube tutorial URL.
- Generate and download the Markdown file.
- Keep the file as documentation or give it to an AI tool with a specific question.
