Data we process

We process account information such as email address, authentication provider, purchase status, package access, generated file history, submitted YouTube URLs, and support messages you send to us.

Why we process data

We use this data to create and secure accounts, provide paid access, generate Markdown files, maintain download history, process payments, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations.

Third-party processors

Appclio uses service providers including Supabase for authentication and database storage, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Resend for email, and Apify for processing submitted YouTube links.

Retention and deletion

Account users can request deletion from the account page. Account deletion removes generated files and login data. Minimal payment, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained only for their required retention periods and are no longer available through the deleted account.
