Right of withdrawal
Consumers may generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital services delivered immediately, that right can expire once performance begins after explicit consent.
Digital delivery
Clio provides digital Markdown files generated from submitted video links. When a conversion begins, processing resources are used and the service is treated as digitally delivered.
Subscription cancellation
Recurring subscriptions can be cancelled from the billing area once payments are fully connected. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Refund review requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Unused purchases are reviewed more favorably than purchases where conversions or downloads have already started. Approved refunds may exclude non-recoverable transaction or payment processing fees where permitted by applicable law.
