Right of withdrawal
Consumers may generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital services delivered immediately, that right can expire once performance begins after explicit consent.
Digital delivery
Appclio provides digital Markdown files generated from submitted video links. When a conversion begins, processing resources are used and the service is treated as digitally delivered.
Subscription cancellation
Sign in and open the account page, then choose Manage billing to cancel renewal of an annual plan through Stripe. You can also contact contact@appclio.com from the email address connected to the account. Annual plans are charged in full when purchased and renew yearly. Cancellation prevents the next annual charge; access and unused annual credits remain available until the end of the paid year unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Credit validity
Credits bought in a one-time package do not expire. Credits included with an annual plan are valid until the end of that paid annual term and do not carry into a renewed term.
Refund review requests
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Unused purchases are reviewed more favorably than purchases where conversions or downloads have already started. Approved refunds may exclude non-recoverable transaction or payment processing fees where permitted by applicable law.
